The Quran is officially standardized. The Turkish city is called Roha. The name "Urfa" — the entire basis for the Ur/Urfa connection — does not yet exist. The name-similarity argument is impossible to make at this date.

The Quran records Abraham's rescue from fire but never names Nimrod, never names Ur, and never names the city. The pool, fish miracle, and geographic assignment to Urfa all come from later Islamic commentary — not the Quran.
